Sastanak Upravnog odbora Interreg-IPA CBC / RESPONSa Projekta
U Mostaru je u periodu od 1. do 3. decembra 2021. godine održan sastanak Upravnog odbora RESPONSa projekta. Sastanku su pristvovali predstavnici vodećeg partnera – Hrvatskog geološkog instituta iz Zagreba, te projektnih partnera Rudarsko-geološko-građevinskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Tuzli i JU Zavoda za geološka istraživanja iz Podgorice. Ciljevi sastanka bili su:
– Analiza aktivnosti i financija u 2. projektnom periodu,
– Priprema 3. partnerskog izvještaja i
– Isporuke koje slijede u 4. projektnom periodu.
U sklopu radnog paketa “Upravljanje” prvog radnog dana izvršena je analiza stanja financija i javnih nabava te prezentiran pregled stanja u institucijama projektnih partnera.
Drugi dan, u okviru paketa “Implementacija”, izvršen je pregled aktivnosti i isporuka iz 2. i 3. perioda, kao i isporuka koje slijede u 4. periodu projekta. Završni dan sastanka bio je posvećen paketu “Komunikacije” i pregledu odrađenih aktivnosti u proteklim periodima.
Interreg-IPA CBC / RESPONSa Project Steering Committee Meeting
A meeting of the RESPONSa Project Steering Committee was held in Mostar from 1 to 3 December 2021. The meeting was attended by representatives of the leading partner – the Croatian Geological Survey (HGI-CGS) from Zagreb, and project partners of the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering (RGGF), University of Tuzla and the Geological Survey of Montenegro from Podgorica. The objectives of this meeting were:
– Analysis of activities and finances of the 2nd project period,
– Preparation of the 3rd partnership report and
– Deliveries that will follow in the 4th project period.
As part of the “Management” work package, finances and public procurement were analyzed on the first working day, and an overview of the situation in the project partner institutions has been presented.
On the second day, within the package “Implementation”, an overview of activities and deliveries from the 2nd and 3rd period was performed, as well as the deliveries that will follow in the 4th period of the project. The final day of the meeting was dedicated to the “Communications” package and an overview of activities carried out in previous periods.
