RESPONSa Project Workshop, Mostar 24-27th May, 2022

As part of activities M 3.2b, M2.3d, T1.8.1 related to the RESPONSa project team meeting, management workshop was held in Mostar from 24th to 27th of May, 2022. The workshop was organized by the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering – Tuzla, and the goals were related to the analysis of activities and finances, preparation of the 4th partnership report and deliveries that follow in the 5th project period.

On the first workshop day, a meeting of the Project Steering Committee was held and three partner institutions (HGI, GSM and RGGF) state of finances and public procurement were analyzed. The Early Warning System Implementation Draft was discussed afterwards.

The second working day was dedicated to Implementation package. At the meetings of the Project Teams and the Technical Management Workshop, an overview of activities and deliveries was conducted, after which the preliminary results of the research for the pilot areas were presented.

On the third workshop day, within Communication package along with the Project Teams meetings, an overview of the activities performed during the 4th period as well as the deliveries that follow in the 5th period was performed.
