4th LADY Project Meeting

The 4th project meeting of the LADY project was held online from September 21 to 24, 2026, bringing together all project partners. During the meeting, all previous activities and plans for the further implementation of the project were reviewed.

In preparation for the upcoming progress report, all partners reviewed the activities carried out in this project period together with the HGI, acting as the lead partner. Administrative challenges and difficulties in project implementation were discussed, and joint measures and solutions were proposed to avoid risks and ensure the timely execution of planned activities.

Key highlights from the meeting:

  • Landslide Inventory: Based on the practices and expertise of Croatian experts, a landslide inventory is planned for partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina (RGFBD and RGGF) and Montenegro (DZS) using visual interpretation of LiDAR imagery.
  • Risk Assessment Methodology: HGI and MUP RCZ are finalizing the first draft version of the risk assessment methodology, which will subsequently be adapted to the needs and frameworks in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
  • Application of Artificial Intelligence: The team from FER presented their research to date and highlighted the activities to follow in the next, 5th project period.

Thank you to all partners for their collaboration and commitment so far! We continue moving forward toward achieving the next project goals.
