global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>U znanstvenom \u010dasopisu <strong><em>Journal of Earth Science<\/em><\/strong> objavljen je rad \u201eEocene Weathering Oscillations Imprinted in Marl Mineral and Geochemical Record, Dinaric Foreland Basin, Croatia\u201c autora Horvat Marija, Toma\u0161i\u0107 Nenad*, Aljinovi\u0107 Dunja, Buckovi\u0107 Damir, \u0106ori\u0107 Stjepan, \u0106osovi\u0107 Vlasta, Felja Igor, Galovi\u0107 Ines, I\u0161tuk \u017deljko, Kampi\u0107 \u0160tefica, Kurtanjek Dra\u017een i Pezelj \u0110ur\u0111ica.<\/p>\n<p>U radu su prezentirani rezultati mineralo\u0161kih i geokemijskih istra\u017eivanja hemipelagi\u010dnih\/pelagi\u010dnih (H\/P) lapora koji su se talo\u017eili u okoli\u0161ima Dinarskog predgorskog bazena (sjeverni rub Neotetis oceana, dana\u0161nja Hrvatska). Minerali glina sa zna\u010dajnim udjelom ilita i klorita, ukazali su na fizi\u010dko tro\u0161enje, ali i klimatsku sezonalnost. Kristalini\u010dnost ilita zna\u010dajno varira, a najni\u017ea je zabilje\u017eena u lutetskim uzorcima. Geokemijski indeks ilita je uvijek ispod 0,5, \u0161to je karakteristi\u010dno za ilit bogat Fe-Mg. Geokemijski zapisi su najizra\u017eeniji (Chemical Index of Alteration CIA do 76 i Chemical Index of Weathering CIW do 91) za lutetske uzorke iz istarskih profila (42,3\u201340,5 milijuna godina), ali i za priabonske (35,8\u201334,3 milijuna godina) uzorke otoka Hvara. Index of Compositional Variability (ICV) ima vrijednosti: najni\u017ea 1,40 i najvi\u0161a 10,85, a svih prou\u010davanih uzoraka je iznad vrijednosti PAAS (Post-Archean Australian shale ICV = 0,85) i ukazuje na njihovu kemijsku nezrelost. Omjeri Ga\/Rb su ni\u017ei od 0,2, a omjeri K<sub>2<\/sub>O\/Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> su tako\u0111er niski (0,16\u20130,22), \u0161to implicira prijelaz izme\u0111u hladne i suhe u tople i vla\u017ene klime, o\u010dito bilje\u017ee\u0107i promjene izazvane s nekoliko kra\u0107ih epizoda zagrijavanja.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su provedena u sklopu projekta <em>Dinaridic Foreland Basin between Two Eocene Thermal Optima: A Possible Scenario for the Northern Adriatic<\/em> BREEMECO (No. 2019-04-5775) Hrvatske zaklade za znanost. Nositelj projekta je bio Prirodoslovno-matemati\u010dki fakultet Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Zagrebu, a dr.sc. Horvat Marija i dr.sc.
