custom_padding=&#8221;||0px|||&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Laboratorij Zavoda za geologiju Hrvatskog geolo\u0161kog instituta opremljen je \u0161irokim spektrom opreme za osnovna geolo\u0161ka istra\u017eivanja i istra\u017eivanja iz podru\u010dja geologije za\u0161tite okoli\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Na\u0161 tim posjeduje iskustvo zasnovano na sudjelovanju u razli\u010ditim doma\u0107im i me\u0111unarodnim istra\u017eiva\u010dkim projektima, za potrebe izrade Osnovne geolo\u0161ke karte Republike Hrvatske 1: 50 000, Osnovne geokemijske karte Republike Hrvatske, te \u0161ire akademske zajednice i gospodarstva, provo\u0111enjem pripreme i analize uzoraka primjenom razli\u010ditih instrumentalnih i klasi\u010dnih metoda kako slijedi:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Ispiranje i izdvajanje mikrofosila, priprema za palinolo\u0161ku analizu, analizu vapnena\u010dkog nanoplanktona, dijatomeja, radiolarija, itd.<\/li>\n<li>Izrada pokrivenih preparata i preparata uz impregnaciju umjetnom smolom iz razli\u010ditih tipova stijena<\/li>\n<li>Separacija minerala (te\u0161ke teku\u0107ine, magnetska separacija, ru\u010dno izdvajanje) i izrada preparata lake i te\u0161ke mineralne frakcije<\/li>\n<li>Kemijska analiza stijena, tala i vodoto\u010dnog sedimenta upotrebom klasi\u010dnih i instrumentalnih metoda kemijske analize (AAS, spektrofotometrija i plamena fotometrija).<\/li>\n<li>Metoda skeniraju\u0107e elektronske mikroskopije i to\u010dkasta elemetna analiza (SEM-EDS).<\/li>\n<li>XRD analiza kvalitativnog i kvantitativnog mineralnog sastava uzoraka, te odre\u0111ivanje minerala glina.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hgi-cgs.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Katalog-opreme-zavoda-za-geologiju-2007.docx\"><em><strong>Katalog opreme zavoda za geologiju 2007<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_2,1_2&#8243; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.6.5&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;10px|||50px&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Rendgenska difrakcija na prahu (XRPD)<\/strong> je jedna od primarnih tehnika koju koriste mineralozi za ispitivanje faznog sastava nepoznatih geolo\u0161kih uzoraka. Rade se sljede\u0107e analize:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>odre\u0111ivanje faznog sastava razli\u010ditih geolo\u0161kih uzoraka \u2013 kvalitativna analiza<\/li>\n<li>Odre\u0111ivanje faznog sastava minerala glina &#8211; osnovna determinacija minerala glina radi se na orijentiranim uzorcima, na frakciji &lt;2 \u00b5m. Elektronski mikroskop radi na 10 kV i 20 kV u visokom vakuumu i slu\u017ei za pregledavanje uzoraka u \u010dvrstom agregatnom stanju, maksimalne veli\u010dine do 76 mm. Uzorci prije snimanja moraju biti napareni zlatom ili ugljikom. Za to se koristi ure\u0111aj Balzers Union Sputtering device. Pomo\u0107u EDS Oxford X-act 10mm SDD detektora mogu\u0107a je elementna analiza uzorka i semikvantitativna kemijska analiza. Za snimanje u backscatter podru\u010dju koristi se Oxford Link Tetra.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.6.5&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;34px|||||&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Elektronska mikroskopija za stvaranje slike koristi snop elektrona, a elektroni ubrzani u vakuumu imaju svojstva vala. SEM analiza (skeniraju\u0107a ili pretra\u017ena elektronska mikroskopska analiza) omogu\u0107ava karakterizaciju povr\u0161ine materijala. Prilikom udarca elektrona o povr\u0161inu uzorka efekti koji se koriste za dobivanje slike i analizu su slijede\u0107i: a) sekundarni elektroni (SE detektor) koji omogu\u0107ava prou\u010davanje morfologije uzorka i b) elektroni povratnog raspr\u0161enja (BSE detektor) omogu\u0107ava prou\u010davanje razlika u kemijskom sastavu uzoraka. EDS analiza (detektor X-zraka za kvalitativnu i kvantitativnu kemijsku analizu) uzoraka slu\u017ei za odre\u0111ivanje kemijskog sastava uzorka.
